Evaluator

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for families with school-age individuals, ranging from 6 to 22 years of age. Assess intellectual, academic achievement, attention, executive functioning, and social/emotional areas, provide feedback to families, write evaluation reports, and provide appropriate recommendations for school and home. Salary is per evaluation and based on experience; for example, $120/hour x 10 hours total for evaluation = $1200 for the evaluation.  Hours are flexible; testing and feedback is in person at the private practice office in Dallas, but reports can be written from home.

Qualifications: Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in psychology with licensing credential from TSBEP; prefer LSSP and LPA or LP, or willingness to obtain; if LP or LPA is not yet obtainted, then direct work with clients cannot occur until LP or LPA is obtained, and salary and duties will be adjusted accordingly until LP or LPA is obtained.

Prefer at least 3 years of experience in the field of psychology

Prefer familiarity or willingness to learn both DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and IDEA eligibility requirements

Able to work with high-demand families and have a willingness to learn and grow
